Rather interesting question, I must say. I've wondered about the same thing myself. How exactly did man(eg our forefathers) get to know that that area [/i]was supposed to go into the [i]other area for love making to take place? perhaps because it was deemed the most pleasurable after some experimentation with other areas of their bodies?
