The hot water massage on the stomach, in my opinion I think it makes the stomach wrinkled. I didn't do it and my stomach is coming out ok, the best is exercise to tone the muscle..

I may be wrong but the people I know that didn't the hot water thing on stomach, their stomach came out looking all wrinkled even though sometimes flat.

Am breast feeding o, but DH doesn't seem to like it, I don explain de benefit tire . Maybe cos he wasn't breast fed and he came out ok also he may be feeling left out while I bond with the baby more , Yep he is plain jealous lol even my MIL. So after the first month, I start expressing it to make him feel good by partaking in feeding when ever he is on time off.
At the end, na me and baby dey while they all go to work. Pssst dont tell now but my candid opinion? when they all go out, just cuddle with my DIL and stick the n.ipple and have a cozy bonding time with her. You can snooze then too

I know exclusive BF helps with weight loss if you know how to work with it, but I believe it's all you food intake that matters. Shading off 20% and munching 40% of food, you will never find the weight loss. U go find tire.
