I won't oblige him either because it is obvious is playing on our emotions/ego. But some people especially those who like to show off or compete will give him money. These people are found at parties and fund-raising events.

This is quite unfortunate. Those dead guys have put their dependants in perpetual sorrow. Even the truck owner has his own fair share of sorrow especially if that's his only source of income. May the dead RIP and God give those affected the fortitude to bear the loss.

I also notice the greedy nature of our leaders who were very young when they first held various public offices in the past but there could be a logical explanation for that although I might be wrong. In those days, not too many people took education seriously unlike what we have today. Maybe that was because the country was favourable to succeed in as long you're not lazy. Even most of those who went to school stopped at secondary school certificate because with this, you'll surely get a good job to live a comfortable life. All these might have contributed to a small number of qualified candidates for political offices OR maybe most people were just not interested in politics since things were not as bad as we have it today. Like I said earlier, I might be wrong. It might just simply be greed and nepotism of our current crop of leaders who do not want people outside their group partake in politics.

Animals though clever but can be foolish sometimes. And the poor snake thinks it has reached a place of safety. The bottom line is that we have to be vigilant at all times-not only when wearing shoes.

Seems they will be paid for this performance. They're obviously wearing same cloth which might mean working together as a team to allow guys pour liquid(seems it's even palm wine) on them while they dance. I don't think they went there for pleasure but strictly business. But this is very bad; they're too young for this. And their parents will be somewhere thinking they have decent daughters without knowing this is what they do outside.
