I don't think it is sinful but here is why you should stop watching it.

First thing is, porns are edited and everything disgusting about sex removed so watching porn will make you expect from sex what no girlfriend can give you.

Secondly, porn stars are trained, you can hardly get a girlfriend who will give you that style and stand all that thrusting.
You can rarely get a man who will last that long so watching porn will make you to expect from your partner he or she can not give and failure to get that will push you to explore other people.

It may have its advantages, I agree but it's disadvantages are many.


TIP: If you wanna watch porns, watch leaked home made sex videos, they're the closest you can to what looks like real life sex.

well I will take out time to research that. I was just speaking out of my experience ( I experienced post acute withdrawal syndrome) and the experience of others. My memory and concentration was really messed up. I will try and research to clear doubts.

The closest research done is that the brain(gray matter) of porn addicts are shrunk compared to none porn viewers, the research is still in progress. The memory loss sounds funny but other addicts I have interviewed both on nairaland and reddit attest to the fact that they all suffered short-term memory loss, difficulty reading and understanding, anxiety and panic attacks, post acute withdrawal syndrome.

I kid you not, porn addicts do suffer post acute withdrawal syndrome.
