The apps are not found in the "A-Z" menu and are not in the Freezer either but when you check the "all apps" section in the settings, you'll fine them.

1. Multi-task botton
2. Home button
3. Notifications slide
4. Font type
5. Split screen
6. Minimizing of different apps
7. Call Vibration
8. And as many I get to noticed.
Only the back � button is the only one functional for now.

Plz I need help. If possible how can I delete the updated software and get the former software.

The brightness is mostly on its minimum. I think it started the day it was mistakenly exposed to sunlight. I don't really know.

auto brightness uses more power, you can also reset app preferences too.

Speaking from experience, it will return to normal after some days. If you are sceptical, you can take it to a good engineer just to check for water inside the phone, but don't let anyone tamper with your screen! Give it like 3 days you'll see the washed out area will reduce.

Pls how good is the Infinix smart 3 plus 3GB RAM +32GB ROM phone. I want to purchase it but just want to be sure of what I'm buying. Thanks

Pls help. My Infinix Smart model X5010 had been working pretty good till two days ago when I switched it off bc of low battery. I plugged it for charging and decided to switch it on again. Since then, so many problems erupted. It has refused to power on properly as it stops at 'XOS Chamelon' process of powering on. If it powers on at all, it keep saying 'ANDROID HAS STOPPED' as every other application keep stopping as well.
Friends, pls what do I do?
