Do you know the quantity of barrel of crude oil UAE are selling daily?
Do you know the volume of natural gas they sell daily?
Do you know how small is their population compare to their hydrocarbons wealth?
All these question are pointer to how absurd it is to compare a very tiny oil rich kingdom with a population of less than a city in Nigeria to a very large nation of over 180m people .

Take the city of bayelsa as a case study, oil was 1st discovered in oloibiri , the place is nothing to write about. UAE don't even depend on oil as you think, UAE new goldmine is tourism
Don't use the population as an excuse, Nigeria has failed. look at China, despite the population, the housing sector has more houses, in fact there are many empty houses.

Stop talking rubbish. Bayelsa has to share majority of its oil revenue with 200 million Nigerians, so it is daft to compare it to UAE. And UAE, which has 3 times Nigeria's oil reserves, exports like 5 million barrels a day for a population of 9 million people. Nigeria exports 2 million barrels a day for a population of 200 million. Yet you are demanding Nigeria be like UAE? Don't you have common sense?

And you're talking rubbish about China. Was China not underdeveloped up until just 20 years ago? Before that, were they ''failed''? Just because a country is a developing nation does not mean it has ''failed''. The countries you worship today, like the UK were once developing countries where the rich lived large in the midst of mass poverty and deprivation. Go and read Charles Dickens to learn more. So development is a GRADUAL process for most nations. You don't stop midway and declare ''we've failed!!''. That's madness.

forget about 200 million people sharing bayelsa money, bayelsa too has benefited from revenue derived from other country parts. However, with the present huge bayelsa revenue compared to other state, the development in the state doesn't tally with her revenue.virtually all states in southeast with lesser revenue is more developed than bayelsa.

Consistency is key in this sort of project which nigeria lacks. I hope they carried out their risk analysis well and have good control measures in place. Nature can never be cheated.

Good day Sir /ma.
We are surveyors with a two edged dream of making ordinary people own a house or home as well as dreaming to populate Agbowa, Imota, Igbokuta, sagamu road, our areas where we have large and many properties for sale.
We strongly believe we can work together to achieve this two edged dream. Since the lands are cheap, fresh with just survey, we've brought the prices down at Agbowa, Imota, sagamu road and Igbokuta to be affordable to anyone. We equally have other properties, though not large,in other areas like okeletu . Our lekki properties are equally available.
With organisation and cooperation between us, we can make this dream come true. What a joy it will then be for you and we at Zizan Excel Ventures.
Where do we need you? That's the question you may be asking now. Yes! We will need you in the area of directing our clients, both yours and ours. Convincing and encouraging them to get a land in these areas, which are cheap and affordable. Especially clients that are ready to build or ready to move into these fast developing areas, just about 15 minutes drive to garage, with a university around there, as well as the now being constructed mile 12 garage and access roads.

We shall be expecting your cooperation to work together while not forgetting that all these comes with monetary gains for both sides.
For enquiries, please call or email us.

I totally agree with you. But just to add to the impression highlighted, Only Dubai (one of the 7 Emitatis) depend on Tourism.. the remaining 6 Emiratis are oil dependent..

you are the one talking rubbish, so bayelsa and the rest of the oil producing state will remain underdeveloped because they are sharing their oil, gerarahere. Nigeria has failed, stop deceiving yourself.
