For hydrogen, mix it with water, inside a bucket. And let her dip her legs into it for some minutes, before bringing it out to dry.
Try doing it for morning and evening. You can also apply apple cider vinegar or white vinegar directly on affected. She will definitely see improvement. But fungus takes a very long time to heal completely.
Advice her to eat food/fruits that improves the immune system(bitter lemon) as constantly taking antibiotics do weakens the immune system, thereby allowing the fungus to spread rapidly. swallowing raw garlic or garlic capsules do helps alot in fighting stubborn fungus. I have written down the medications, I will start getting them all from today. I will be going with the local remedies (apple vinegar and d rest) she was using hydrogen peroxide before but it was on direct application as directed by the family nurse, mom was complaining of burning sensations after using it so she had to stop. If your mum is taking antibiotics and three is no visible improvement, she may have become antibiotics resistant. This would mean whatever she is taking would not work.

Whatever is ailing your mum is both inside and outside. What I mean is, it is not not just the skin infection alone. There is likely an infecrion on the inside as well.

Get the following:

pure, raw apple cider vinegar
Pure, raw, unrefined coconut oil

First your mum needs to detox. Take one teaspoonful of apple cider first thing in the morning before eating. Mix it with a full glass of water. Wait for about 45 minutes to 1 hour before eating. Repeat in the afternoon and evening for 3 days.

After 3 days. Increase the dosage to 1 tablespoonful like above for 3 days. Then Mix one part apple cider with 1 part water. Spray it on the infected parts. Its honna hurt. So if its too strong, you can dilute it further. After spraying the infected part, you can rub down with the coconut oil. Use the coconut oil as a dialy lubricant.

After 7 days increase the apple cider to 2 tablespoonfuls 3 times daily before meals.

If you do this, you should see marked improvements in your mum's condition.
