15 squadron is based in Port Elizabeth and Durban. It is the job of the military to fly VIPs . South African helicopter squadrons are the best in combat search and rescue. Nigeria still lacks that capability.

True every military flies VVIP, but your Airforce(SAAF) is only funded for VIP, and VVIP trips alone, and get virtually nothing for training, S&R get nothing. Your Defence review shows your military has and would always be hopeless.
