APGA alone controls over half of the states in south east nigeria,with many heavyweight senators and parliamentarians at their beck and call.yet they still arent as powerful as PDP or APC.
Labour party{LP} controls a few states in the south west and middle east,along with senatorial and parliamentary seats in both house of senates and house of representatives respectively.Its the fourth strongest party in nigeria.
AP{Accord Party} holds powerful sway in south west nigeria.with enough grassroot power to rival that of PDP.
SDP,popularly known as the 'stallion party' because of its stallion sigil or 'youth party' because of its ideals of putting only youths in power.this party is very popular in southern nigeria,it controls quite a number of parliamentary seats at both state and federal levels.
