When you present a bad project, u'll always need plenty explanations to deceive or cover up. It's not about whether he presented a budget standing or sitting, it's about how sure are we that this budget will affect positively the lives of Nigerians and encourage sustainable development. From past antecedents of this administration, I strongly doubt it will. #8Trillion budget tagged "budget of consolidation" but I wonder what they did to the previous budget that they are consolidating?
