Information is wealth. One day you will know. Ask yourself why did Buhari change cap 3 times on the day he resumed work. Why is he still working from home.?

How come the budget for next year is so soon ready. Unlike the two previous years which had to be presented late after several tussle between the executive and legislators. I think something is fishing.

We never even heard about when it was submitted to the Senate for approval. The Senate usually don't accept the budget without padding. The presidency does not accept alterations from the Senate easily. How come everything just went on smoothly?
