There must be evidence of a gay act between Bobrisky and one or more gay men to back up his claims of being gay... saying it cannot put him in jail.... if they are trying to accuse of him of being gay then the case is dead on arrival... police are better off harassing pick pockets and petty thieves.

Yeah,but such evidence isn't that elusive,witnesses can suffice+ check that section I cited,alongside sections 214-217 of the Criminal Code,all we need is a great prosecutor with awesome interpretation skills. Besides his recent declaration, his previous conducts and posts on media could suffice too.
