I'm not quite sure I know why the system is rejecting your passport photograph, but I think this might be helpful: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos/digital-image-requirements.html

You could use "Paint" to resize the resolution of your passport photo accordingly.

It's rejecting the picture simply because it's not in the required size that it should be uploaded in Go and snap a 2by2 american size passport and scan it or your download am app from playstore for resizing pictures to resize the current one with you

Also remember when going to the embassy, you must go with the passport required size which is 2by2

Lets even assume the VO did not detect, you plan to travel to the US to be studying online? How do you even want to do it because I just cant phantom this scenerio of getting a visa for an online course. Don't be in a hurry to leave Nigeria, make proper planning. Just forget about going to the embasy with that i20.

International students are not allowed to study an online program in the US, so, your plan is out of it. In addition, international students are allowed to take only a maximum of one online class from twelve credits.

Just switch quickly, you should have checked the ratio of the the online courses of the school before applying

Check if you can get another school or check if the school is a pro-online school, hence the VO will surely detect and know..

The school is not entirely pro-online, some of their courses are online likewise classroom-based courses but i dont fancy the other courses. I have already applied to another school but I am not sure I can meet up for Fall admission. I will be patient for Spring admission anyways. Thanks for your advice bro. Bless.

One fault i noticed in your transcript is that it does not make sense that you choose LU over UCM. LU does not even have any form of ranking. And who told you that Lincoln university at oakland is on usnews?. Try to say realistic things next time you visit the embassy.

This is what worked for me, you may do same: After several photo rejections, I went to a photographer and snapped the normal 2inch by 2inch spec which is equivalent to 5cm by 5cm mathematically. Then I asked him to send me a soft copy, though he had to increase the resolution beyond the minimum of 600pixels by 600 pixels ( to around 731pix by 731pix) and this worked perfectly upon upload.

It's not my plan to study an online course in the US. I just made a mistake not detecting on time. I've applied for a classroom-based course elsewhere. Bless.

Have u submitted? If no, I would advise you avoid stories that touch because whether u upload successfully or not, you would still be required to bring about 2 hard copies with you. The pessure of interview is enough on its own, one does not need anoda extra pressure from little things like Passport photo. I believe you will be fine Sha...
