He has even succeded in tearing her cloths one day. And the worst thing is that he would be begging her later not to tell anybody( he even kneels down sometimes). I dont know which advice to give her again, all the ones i gave her did not work(maybe because she did not apply it well coz i trust myself) but pls i need suggestion from other ladies on how to help her.

@OP if she can't report to her parents, she should avoid staying in the house alone with him. And if she's staying, she should lock her room door and don't come out till her parents are back.

If she is above 18 and she is allowing such thing happen to her am sure it has to be consensual because you can't tell me a grown lady won't know how to deal with this.
