Ok this is certainly way past, so I'm guessing you'd have learnt by now that nigerian women - especially igbo women - don't really do flowers. And no, i don't mean to imply they prefer financial/expensive gifts (which may be generalizing but sadly not that far away from the truth). No. What i mean is, it is simply not our culture... Abroad, yeah no problem - we are pretty good at adapting to new environments. But on home soil, nah. We just don't do flowers.
