The nna people raise the money for their business themselves, rent shops and business premises without any govt assistance which of course they don't ask for and don't need. They govt bills them on every kilowatt of power consumed, they pay water bill and other forms of taxes to the govt.
Cattle rearing is a private business and should be treated as such.

Don't crop farmers receive special grants, special loans, fertilizer subsidies, your it is your types that will die as victims of these marauding murderers as you oppose all solutions proffered to the menace. Not all herdsmen are killers, and not herdsmen are Fulani. There is no evidence that some of these classes aren't communal.
The criminal elements amongst the herdsmen should be tracked and brought to book and made to suffer for their murderous actions. You don't expect the security forces to start shooting every cattle and every cattle owners in sight. The community should provide useful information to the government and security agencies on the identity of these marauders and murderers.
