Sirjamo: Are you serious? Why does a different rule have to apply to them? Why can't they save up money and buy ranch land for themselves? Governments build lockup stalls and charge traders rent for these stalls. And here we are, government is about to give these lots free 'stalls' because they killed people? So you're saying the hardworking person was stupid to have studiously laboured, denied himself and saved up to pay for land while someone else gets it on a platter?
