Marriage Contract Should Be Introduced In Nigeria. by miracool946: 11:56am On Jan 11, 2018
Staying with one person for the rest of your life looks scary these days and also high rate of divorce also. But just like they do in football and other Union. I think couple should sign contract of 5 or 10years in marriage then after the time expires if they still love each other they can renew the contract and if not they go separate ways. This is lot easier to venture in than the usual marriage of lifetime. My people shey I dey make sense or this just another product of kwale weed.

Marriage is already a contract in itself, since a contract is an agreement between two or more people that is enforced by law.

If you want to break your marriage contract, you can go to court to seek a divorce.

I think it should be a life contract, in case of divorce, properties and liquid cash should be shared equally, and custody of the kids should be amicably agreed upon by both parties, that way, ladies don't get to be at the loosing side when it happens, its easier for a man to remarry after breakup, most ladies even prefer married men, but its harder for ladies, many guys won't gladly get married to a divorcee especially if she has kids

I totally support this marriage contract talk.

There should also be marriage transfer window, marriage swap and clauses too.

Contract ko.

Marriage is a life bond.

Please don't try to be too western displaying foolishness in the process.
