Today i got another friend who will be needing your help.According to him he sent his wife abroad to go and deliver their third child,which she did but later called 3months later to tell him that she is not coming back,she put the child on a plane back to Nigeria and told the man to come pick the child up!Now after 15years she comes back telling the man they should re-marry and take care of their kids together which the man declined. Here is the issue now,she want to take all three kids abroad to go study over there as she have been trying to persuade the man that "studying abroad will give the kids and edge" and right now he is a bit lost.Should he allow her take all three children away for study sake or he should decline aswell like he did to her reconcilation idea Your opinions are needed on this please...

the man sent her abroad with his won money,he could have gone instead if he had wished!
