GSM was meant for the elite, they became cheap. That passed and smartphones came, i remember purchasing the S4 then for 89k in 2013, now you can buy a Xiaomi for 35k plus, Bitcoin was about $21k late last year, it is worth half that now. Point being, the market will get saturated with these gadgets to a point they'll become dirt cheap. Nothing holds it's value forever.
