Impossible to say wat it is cos it doesn't seem real whether suicide or murder!

Murder by a suicide

Suicide cos the man was holding the gun with his left hand while writing the suicide note and drinking the beer. Afterwards, he sits on a stool and shoots himself through the mouth, so the blood splatters behind him. He falls from the stool and dies with the gun still in his hand

hmm it can't be suicide. Look at the picture. How can you shoot yourself from the right side of your head while holding the gun in your left hand? Its clear murder case.

See baba ders no indication from the picture as to point of entry of the gunshot wound or d dominant hand of the victim. What is on the floor is pooling from the apparent head injury and also the bed is covering part of the head. Other tins you need to consider would be the locked door (which could also mean murder) and the green bottle on the table & floor. The most suspicious thing in the picture is the position & placement of the handgun.

Lots of evidence point to suicide like the note on the table, the gun in the man's hand (but there is a twist here), and also the door being shut and again another is the stool being turned over in a manner that suggests the man fell off after killing himself... Butttt I believe too like some here that it is murder.

Madam Dominique has rightly pointed out the fact that most or all suicide cases will see the gun not held so tightly by the victim. The gun can't possibly be in the victim's hand after a suicide is done like now.As life leaves the victim's body, his hold over the gun will lessen and make the gun drop out of his grip.

Now there is another strong reason why this is murder. The angle of gunshot which made the victim's blood splash on the wall as seen in rhe picture.
If this was suicide, the victim will hold the gun close enough to his head or mouth or neck and the damage inflicted will be close range.
But the picture shows blood spilled on the wall near the bed and curtains (to the curtain's right in the pic). This could only mean that someone else shot this victim and did so at an angle to the head that sent his blood splashing unto the wall and with a distance not so close with the victim backing the wall.


Well, it is just my thoughts. I think it is murder after all.

Point 1: His posture and the position of the gun are not in agreement for someone who wants to kill himself. No doubt the gun was planted. It appears the man is not left handed.

Point 2: The blood stain on the wall suggests a different riffle with higher fire power was used cos the pistol in the picture does not have the fire power to pass through his head and leave such blood stains on the wall

Point 3: there appears to be some kind of struggle in the room suggesting the presence of a stronger person who shot him and planted the gun in his hands.

The killer tried to put the gun in the the hand that would make it seem as though he actually did killed himself but from my calculations the man is not left handed and that gave the killer away!

Position of both knife for bread and pen for writing and even the cigarette shows that. But that too doesn't make any sense if we turn it around.

Maybe he's left-handed afterall and his killer is right-handed and gave himself away while arranging the murder scene to look suicidal. So detectives will now be looking for a criminal homicidal right-handed buffoon....

Suspects shot him, thought about closing his tracks by creating a suicide scene

Remembers his friend is lefthanded and plants the murder weapon there thus the extra finger grip

Thinks about a suicide note buh his friend is dead already so he does it himself

He placed the pen at the right side of the paper which is something only a righthander would do

Hence: its not believable that the victim wrote with his right hand and shot himself with the left

This is a first degree murder - firstly, the murderer was looking for something that could implicate him or probably the person that sent him/ her; judging by the way the room was ransacked. Second, the victim caught the murderer in the act of his property been ransacked.Third, realising this, their was a kinda tussle with the pair judging by the crimson colour stain on the wall i decipher to be blood. Fourth, the victim succumbed to the tussle and the murderer had an ample chance to shoot him dead. Fifth, due to an act of desperation, he feigned the gun on the victim's hand with a pretense that it was a suicide. Lastly, he escaped through the main door of the victim's room because the window is still intact.... The door that leads to the victim's room must have probably been broken or the murderer had a master Key on him/ her.
