The Building is Spanning very wide, the Parapet is Heavy, the Roof is Very high Pitch, and all this are heavy Load, so why not rest in on a basket? and besides the client is not in Nigeria, but has told me he wants the best. He has not made money an issue, so why cut cost?

I had proposed the idea initially as it will be Unique in Benin City as a whole. but he didn't quite buy the idea as i didn't do a Good job in persuading him. Anyway Client has Seen Contemporary Houses Oversees that has appealed to him more than the Conventional look.

Working on adjustment to meet up with our new design.
