I don't blame them too much for a number of reasons
1. Few churches teach the deep things of God to know the power/reason/need for Christ sacrifice (some christians actually believe that there are other ways to God apart from Christ)
2. Muslims try to pretend that we serve the same God which is completely untrue.
3. As a people we don't read. We have hardly read the Bible not to speak of reading the Quran and the hadiths to know what they say.
4. Our Pastors are content with having the church full of people and money rather than building a people of Faith

Criticism empowers pride, the best way to make people turn from their evil ways is by telling them in a polite manner what they stand to gain and how wonderful their lives will be when they turn from their evil ways.
