But it is the responsibility of a reasonable government to tackle the menace on time and bring the culprits to book. Gen. In fact, Kanu is the one who owes his people an apology, with his unguarded utterances, spewing of bile against other ethnic groups, and his threat to turn Nigeria into a theatre of war, like Somalia. I have even visited an IDP camp before, to carry out some work as a volunteer.
