Why do men find it hard to verbally apologise? “I’m sorry, I apologise for what I did” is a simple phrase that anyone should be able to say without difficulty. However, the reverse is the case for most men who often find it hard to apologise.

Women like to talk and in this age of women empowerment, a woman will take the first chance she gets at rubbing victory in a man’s face. Add this to women that love nagging and you have the recipe for unending disagreement.

Sometimes, men do not apologise because they don’t want their partners to begin listing all the wrong things they have done in the past. They just want it to end there.



Some things don’t deserve an apology

Generally, women do not find it hard to apologise because they understand that an apology can go a long way in resolving issues. This is different for men; to them, some things are just too inconsequential for an apology.

a man (or woman) should only apologize if they truly believe they've made a mistake... if they dont then there is NO REASON under the moon why they should apologize. sadly, too many people out there are quick to say they are sorry while they AINT, thus will keep on doing that mistake on and on and on.

only say you are sorry when you actually MEAN IT!

Most men don't apologise because when you apologise too much, people just take you for granted.
Someone like me apologise only when I am remorseful for what I did. And I hate hearing "I am sorry" when someone angers me.

I am guilty too... I hate apologizing and also hate being begged

I’ve realized that just saying that word saves you and lifts a huge burden from your heart if I bump people maybe even walking on the street I always says sorry but if I hurt anyone I don’t only say sorry I go out of my way to make amends.

Not everyone is raised the same not everyone’s family taught that principle
