First of all, you need to understand that the governors of Maryland and Massachusetts are in states Biden won by more than 10%. They understand those that voted for them likely also voted for Biden.

This is the same thing with some republican senators from west coast where Biden won.

Hence those governors and senators are the most vocal and first to call Biden president elect in the republican party.

Now!, the governors of Arizona and Georgia on the other hand, have no other choice than to sign the certification of results because they don't want to undermine the system that brought them to power.

Every President get to select his own head of CIA, the person that pushed the theories of a nuclear war head was the head of CIA at that time.

The intention was to deceive congress and NATO alliance.

Again on your Obama theory, CIA didn't provide any intelligence regarding Libya and Syria

Libya and SYria happened in the period of Arab spring which lead to changes in regime and government in both Tunisia and Eygpt too.

The attempt to resist Regime change in Libya and Syria led to a Bloody civil war in both countries.

It's not the same with what happened in Iraq sir.
