However on the first page of the transcript, it says 'caution' - telephone conversation is not verbatim transcript of a conversation.

Why Yavanovitch is testifying at all is a bit of a mystery given she has said she knows nothing, didn’t hear the phone call, and wasn’t even the ambassador anymore by the time any of the supposed misconduct took place. Adam Schiff had originally said in his “rules” that any witness must be able to speak to the quid pro quo issue. Yovanovitch simply doesn’t meet that standard at all.

if anyone is guilty of anything here it is Schiff because Yovanovitch was not on Twitter when Trump sent the tweet. She only learned about it from Schiff.

insulting someone does not = witness intimidation. It's rude but witness intimidation?! The president tweeting his opinion about someone & defending himself isn’t ‘witness intimidation.’ Schiff bringing it up in the middle of the hearing was the actual "witness tampering".
