Pls I received my Nokia X6 plus from jumia yesterday. But the issue am having is the network logo not displaying LTE. It only displays H+ whereas I selected 4G recommended from the preferred network selection. |

Good day, I am using Nokia 6.1 which I bought in april. my phone started misbehaving like 3 weeks ago. 1. It doesn't charge rapidly again. sometimes, even if you plug it for hours, the battery percentage will not increase at all. And when I unplug it to put it back in again, it will discharge like 2-5percent immediately. even if it does charge, it takes up to 5hours or more to charge. 2. sometimes, even when the battery is at 80percent, the battery start displaying "15minute remaining". if I on my data while this is being shown, the phone will always go off immediately unless I off the data. I won't be able to browse until I start charging again please what can I do because this erratic behavior is annoying the hell out of me. if I had enough saved up, I would have smashed the phone up since |
