Good day, I am using Nokia 6.1 which I bought in april. my phone started misbehaving like 3 weeks ago.

1. It doesn't charge rapidly again. sometimes, even if you plug it for hours, the battery percentage will not increase at all. And when I unplug it to put it back in again, it will discharge like 2-5percent immediately. even if it does charge, it takes up to 5hours or more to charge.

2. sometimes, even when the battery is at 80percent, the battery start displaying "15minute remaining". if I on my data while this is being shown, the phone will always go off immediately unless I off the data. I won't be able to browse until I start charging again

please what can I do because this erratic behavior is annoying the hell out of me. if I had enough saved up, I would have smashed the phone up since

Are you sure it's not the charger or the USB cord? I once had a phone that took ten hours to get to hundred percent, I did not know it was my USB that had gone bad, when I tried other original chargers it was then I discovered the problem

To anyone planning on buying Nokia x6.... your charging port will most likely get bad. Other than that it is a beautiful phone but that bad charging port will frustrate you.

Try starting Ur phone in safe mode and watch it for sometime, if it doesn't restart u might have 3rd party apps that u downloaded that's causing it.

Think back to the last app u installed before it all started and delete it.

As a last resort, backup and restore your phone to default, install Ur apps one by one and watch how it phone performs.
