Yes, you have asked a very vital question. If a supposed man of God is using dark powers to perform deliverance or cast out demons i believe its a stage play, if that man of God is getting his power from satan, then believe me he is not casting out any demon,its all staged or planned to decieve innocent and naive people. Since his power is from beelzebub no agent of beelzebub will be afraid of him, hence he has no anointing to torment an agent or demon of beelzebub since they re both getting there powers from the same beelzebub, but they can connive together and pretend as if they re being tormented meanwhile they re not just to decieve ppl. As for the healing yes the devil can give these fake men of God power to heal since the bible regards the devil as the prince of this world hence he has power over all unbelievers to do and to undo, to cause sickness and decide to take away sicknesses or illnesses inorder to decieve many( but he does not have this power over genuine believers only unbelievers) So what i believe is that in terms of healing yes fake/ false prophets can heal too(thats why the bible says principalities and powers in high places, so they do have power, but the sickness might come back later to be worse though) but in terms of deliverance or casting out demons, its all pretense and stage play to decieve ppl.
