A lot has been said about females who stick with guys who are broke, during the hard times and how they deserve appreciation for doing so but I put it to you that even them are not so different from females who go after already established men.
A female will never stay with a guy who she sees no potentials in. He could have been broke at the time but was probably in medical school or working on a start-up business that's yet to bloom or he's very industrious and it's glaring that with such ambition he'll be sure to do well. So "sticking with him" through the broke times isn't exactly an act of selfless kindness but an investment she hopes will pay off big in the nearest future.

Only males love selflessly, that's why you'd see an average Joe who can afford to pay his bills, own a car and earn an average monthly pay be willing to go into a relationship with a female who has nothing to bring to it but a pretty face. She doesn't work, doesn't earn any money from any source, isn't business savvy, nothing. He'll go into a parasitic relationship with her and meet her needs like a helpless infant and will feel good about doing it. That is what you call loving for love. It's fair to say only males truly love.
