I am alarmed to hear this from you but this might be due to the fact that you are wet behind the ears or still harbour unfettered hatred for GEJ or his government .Jonathan government carried out massive projects in the north some of which include:Establishment of 125 Almajiri Schools,16 Girl Child Schools, and 9 new Federal Universities.Again,power projects such as New Zungeru Hydro Power,215mw thermal plant at Kudendan Industrial Area,Kaduna,330/33kva substation in Damaturu,Gerergu thermal power plant in Kogi,development of 1000mw coal power plant in Venue,330kva national grid from Gombe-Damaturu and GEJ government agricultural projects in the north of which this current government is still consolidating on are visible.Even GEJ's arch enemy,Amaechi admitted that Kaduna-Abuja rail project was at 80% completion by Jonathan administration while was comissioning it ,according to the news report by Daily Post 16th May,2017.Should you be in doubt as regards to these facts google search;"some projects of the Jonathan administration in northern Nigeria".
