Surge knight was a highly ranked member of Los Angeles based gang called "The crips"... They have been in an endless war over supremacy with another New York based gang called "Blood"... It was more like West coast(LA) - East coast(NY) rivalry.. I'm not sure if Tupac was a Crip member but dude loved LA with all his heart.. was a thug by nature! And a die hard street guy!

Yep, Keefe gave the gun to Orlando cos he was on the other side of the car, Orlando took the shots.

biggie wasn't smart to have gone to California to promote a record where he rhymed 'am gon blast squeeze first, ask questions last, that's how most of these so called gangsters pass ' (hypnotize) less than six months after his archival from same California was shot.. I can tell u the tension/animosity was palpable in the Air, and the whole of Westcoast celebrated wildly when biggie was shot despite his heavy security.
