Well said,contraceptives are a bane on marriage, is the nexus of the baby mama and 'partner' culture. Use of contraceptives is all about mutual selfish pleasure with no consequence's attached. Abstinence remains the best prevention against AIDS and STDs.

How would a pharmacist keep condoms on her shelf only to refuse to sell? Are the condoms for decoration?

The pharmacist has a right to refuse a sale due to his/her moral/religious beliefs. It's applicable anywhere pharmacy is practised all over the world. If the pharmacist isn't comfortable authorizing a sale, he/she is allowed to signpost the patient to another pharmacist or healthcare provider that can meet the needs of the patient. Signposting when necessary is a key foundation stone of being a healthcare professional. I don't see anything wrong here.
