People with anger issues shouldn't be in a relationship, they should rather be in a rehabilitation centre. They need counseling and deliverance, and not "Love and romance".

Few weeks ago, my friend had an argument with his now ex girl friend, the argument got heated, and before we could say Jack Robinson, she started smashing things on the floor, and ended up breaking the plasma TV **Anger√**

Few days ago, a girl tore her Boy friend's Law School certificate to pieces, and also broke his TV over an argument. She is presently in cell, and might end up in jail**Acrimony √**

Yesterday morning, a man stabbed his Girlfriend all because he found a condom in her bag, another jealous wife stabbed her man to death over an argument.

I once had a colleague who had anger issues, once he gets angry, he starts acting weird and raining harsh words on you. Whenever he starts being dramatic with me, I don't utter a word or react. I make him look like a fool, and at night, he calls and starts apologizing. This happened more than once. That's how I deal with such people, I don't fight them, but I avoid them. They ain't normal, they are MAD.

The first thing you should look out for in a newly found spouse or friend, is their anger management skill. In the Movie, ACRIMONY, Melinda showed her true colour as a Bitter, angry woman when they bumped into each other under the rain, but Robert overlooked this and thought he could cope, and this cost his life at the end.

I for one avoid temperamental ladies, if one Minute we are cool, and the next minute we are foes, and you start acting all weird and violent, I avoid you. Peace of mind is priceless, every human deserves it.

During the last BBNaija show, I hated the character "Ceec" because of her bitter nature and zero anger management skill. So many persons thought I just hated the girl, but no! I hated the character she portrayed in the House. Ever since she left, she has been acting cool, and I love her now.

No matter how much you think Someone loves you, if you notice they have anger issues and are BIPOLAR, run for your life. Their anger supersedes the loving, once they get mad, they say and do things they also live to regret. Run! It isn't normal, they are suffering from personality disorder. You might think you can actually endure this, till one day you will wake up to see your lifeless body on the floor.

P/S- Do you want to be their scapegoat? If no, flee from them, show them love but with caution. And if you have anger issues and you're reading this, go see a counselor. Stop looking for who will love you the way you are. Nobody wants a MAD person.

Why should I be angry with my fellow human being when I've many problems to think on.

Anger is a little madness...Even if you insult me or throw all sort of unprinted words on me...I don't mind or think on it for some minutes.

I apologize when I commit an offense whether right or wrong..I can even go to an extent of kneeing down whether you're big or small just for peace.

Experience makes you to be gentle to prevent dying from hypertension.

No time for keeping malice or altercation.

People with anger issues are worst and deadlier than the devil himself....they always act before they think...if you are in a relationship,with such a one.just know you cant change him/her...i advise you back out.

Looking at the story in frontpage a housewife stabbing her husband to death just because he came back late.
Do you think if the couple are temperate they won't avert this incidence subtly?

Men, women are emotional beings very easy to handle know when she is angry just attend to her softly don't piss her off by emasculating her..she'll defend herself by every means...........A angry woman react with her heart leaving her sense aside.

Women, men are superior and overpowering very easy to understand......They'll hit you like their fellow men when they're angry. ignore them at that moment or even leave the house for him.....A angry man react with his physical

I remember telling my ex I had Anxiety disorder and she didn’t even understand the concept and dismissed it as weakness and a joke.

Well I left her, got help and now I am doing better.

Op u dey talk of relationship...even if u dey ur own minding ur own business and wakaring ur own waka, some ppl go still dey vex with u. Yesterday evening as i be jus cross road dey waka go my pad...minding my own business na so person jus dey hala for my back. I turn my head come see one guy jus dey swear at me in anger. He say who da hell do i think i am. Dat he jus dey greet me and i no answer am.he jus come dey para at me dey ask me who da fuk i think i am. He say if to say he see empty bottle right now he for smash am for my head. I look d guy well.. Im hair was uncombed and bushy ..plus he was shirtless and im three quater shorts wey im wear na so d three quater jus sag over im waist dat his pubic hair was visible for everybody to see. As i jus see all these things na so i jus turn dey continue my waka and i no jus reply am. Since buhari has taken over, the number of angry ppl in nigeria has trippled with the number of mad ppl.even asking somebody whats d time in public is enuf to get the person mad and if care's not taken he might/she might even stab you. God help naija.

Many are mad some are roaming.. I like the way you reacted....Now between both of you, who is foolish?

Of course he's the foolish person but if you engage an unhealthy discussion with him the pedestrians won't differentiate you from him..they'll see you both as fools.
