Hello everyone, I just feel like I should update you guys. For sometime now, I've been passing through my former office (where I resigned from) and I've not been seeing any form of activity. So I made my findings, couldn't believe the company has folded up. This happened four (4) months ago. Majority of the clients terminated their contracts with the company due to poor service delivery. It was so disheartening I must confess but at the same time, it's a lesson learnt. Don't take advantage of people and never take their commitment and loyalty for granted. I wish him luck in his future endeavours and hope he has learned from this. 1 Like |

ceeroh: You're right. Had similar experience. Those employers don't appreciate, and believe me, they do regret when good employees resign. |

I had similar experience in the place I worked before. We have narcissist bosses, check the qualities, we have a whole lot of them in Nigeria. |

Run away from every appearance of evil sole proprietorship. 1 week into a job, you will know if a company is structured or not. |

I exactly know how this feeling is. Left few months back, sometimes you think things would change or improve, sometimes you hope your boss would one day stop being verbally abusive after seeing all your efforts in trying to make the company progress. One great lesson I have learnt is never to stay where I am not appreciated because I am being paid for offering my services and not earning money for free. Company owners need to know that a company CANNOT function progressively without support from and for one another! 1 Like |
