Most Governors don't know that they have to work on Business/Investment based IGR that can generate more revenue and jobs.


Out of that revenue, they can then pay civil servants well and give business grants to graduates.




As wealth increases, in their second term, they can then invest so much on infrastructural development based on low rate but broad based tax returns they get from the economic activities of the people within the state.




Money spent by Aregbesola on infrastructural development, should have being invested into Business/investment based IGR in his first term which would have enabled him in his second term to:

1) pay better salaries.

2) give business grants.

3) build better & more infrastructures.
