It may be intentional. The words are too condescending for an illiterate. The combination is such that reeks of missing words like Lexis, deliberately applied for fun or any other personal motive. In the nutshell, it is apparent that she intentionally omitted some words to make it appear illiterate since they are no simple words like "is, are, she, we etc. which are wrongly applied or commonly misplaced among illiterates when making a simple sentence.
