Teach your male children to help out in the kitchen. Everyone should learn basic survival skills -- culinary skills especially.

If you get home early before your wife, what's stopping you from preparing dinner? It's all about love. I love my wife enough to ensure she's not hungry. To pamper her. To satisfy her and make her happy. Will she be lazy because of that? No. She'd learn to appreciate and give her best too, which is what you'd expect from a wise woman.
