ganduje's case will have to be investigated and if found culpable, the investigating authorities have to approach the kano house of assembly for impeachment proceedings so as to remove him as governor, effectively his immunity quashed and criminal proceedings against him will commence in the law court

Efcc is nothing but a joke. Dasuki handed Obanikoro over #4billion, yet dasuki who shared the money is yet to be convicted after 3years, Obanikoro who received and shared the loot is still walking free, omisore who received part of the loot is also walking free, olise metuh still walking free, now fayose has joined the list of beneficiaries. The whole of efcc needs to be disbanded. Even icpc is officially dead as at today

So the evidence against Fayose is that over 20 persons have been interviewed by EFCC since 2014 on the matter n some said Fayose received the money....LMFAO, apc n Buhari are still learners.

Like I said, those people u mentioned are not on trial. If a thief is caught, he cannot be pointing fingers to others who have no case to answer. Fayose should face his case. Wen he was chopping 1.3billion he neither remembered u nor amaechi

Paid posters everywhere.

I hope all the people that accompany him to efcc office are still waiting for him outside

He wants to play fani kayode's kind of card by refusing to return the money or even admit that he collected any money from dasuki

Claiming the case is in court

Ozokome knows how to defend this looters wella he knows all the loop holes in our law & he's using it to frustrate efcc

Waiting for how all this will pan out

Ozekhome n other SANS n judges like him won't allow this impunity to befall Nigeria. They are waiting for buhari in court, They will throw out every of his witch hunting useless cases out of court like they have been doing since 2015.

When will buhari tell us the amount he spent on his health?

when will he tell us where he got the money to fund his campaign in 2015. So far he borrowed money to gt his nomination fund.

he should lead by example if truly he want to fight corruption.
what is corruption? Buhari is the corruption.

Corruption is a serious problem in every level and system of this country. Bubu was voted on the platform of attempting at least to root out this challenge but he has failed for the following reasons.
1. Failing in his ministerial cabinet by appointing thief's to appease for political reasons.
2. Mistreatment of the judiciary I.e reducing salaries and trying to intimidate judges.
3. Unaccountability of the Abacha loot, trying to redistribute it for political reasons and ignoring due process.
4. Low sentence ratio per prosecutions.
5. Ignoring corruption among APC party members by being politically bias against opp members.
Justice should be an even balanced scale for reasons.
God bless Nigeria with good leadership

Exactly!, the courts are even forcing the EFCC to do their job in respect of oshiomole who don't have any immunity now all to no avail, yet the zombies will want everyone to support buhari in his vendetta against fayose.
