what exactly would they be chatting about without getting to know you first??

This is why I no longer chat with Nigerian girls.
They are simply disgusting and gold diggers.

The normal Nigerian girl would snub or say lol but this one even asks me how my day is and starts the convo. (snap chat deletes text so I can't show that)

I believe it's the general orientation, most Nigerian ladies prefer posting pics on Facebook then a have a conversation through chats. The fun ladies are 1 in 50.

I Dont think its about d question, she just Dont have interest in chatting with u. I might come online after a busy day and 8-10 guys chat me up. Among them is my boyfriend and a very close friend, my dear, i will focus on my boyfriend and bestie. Honest truth dear...most guys don't get this, is not that she doesn't know how to chat, she's not just interested in chatting with you in particular. Replying you with aii, ok is her own way of telling you off without being rude or misunderstood.

Well it means you're not that important and not worth the emotional investment of expressing an interest in your life.
You are simply on her phone as a future resource, mostly for begging.
If you had respect for yourself, this sort of individual has no business occupying your phone memory as a "contact".
Delete the number and let it just be one of those "floating numbers". Then ofcourse, stop texting. Her name should be forgotten as you go on to make more worthwhile contacts.

If she "checks" on you again to see if her mumu is still on her hook, simply respond with "Who is this?". This will make her understand that she has been forgotten. The ball is then in her court if she wants to come back in, with you setting the terms. Be perfectly okay with her dropping off from your life afterwards. If you respected yourself, you would have already dropped her out of it.
