Why do they think they can lobby us into unfair contractual agreements and still expect us to comply like mumu's. Same way someone said he would sell 90% of NNPC without 'ATIKULATING' how he would control for shocks that emerge from the irregular changes in the global oil market. DUMB 2 Likes |

Pamtoye: They hate their country so much that they rejoice at any situation that is detrimental to Nigeria thinking it's Buhari they are opposing. The government cannot find $8.5 billion to build standard gauge rail from Lagos to Kano or Lagos to Calabar without borrowing from China, but some sick citizens expect the government to pay $9 billion to 2 Irish guys because one UK court said so. 7 Likes 4 Shares |

I expect Ethiopia's growth rate and fdi influx to rise even further in 2019 and beyond. Their leaders obviously know what they are doing. Since displacing Nigeria of the top spot in foreign investment and growth in 2015, they have not looked back ever since, while Nigeria almost sank out of the top 10 in subsequent years. I weep for this country. 1 Like |

hailall: You should pose your question to Jonathan who signed a deal that would leave Nigeria owing the equivalent of 1/3rd of it's yearly budget. Nigeria's budget is $29bln FYI. If Buhari did not renege on honouring this stupid and most likely grossly corrupt deal, he would be leading Nigeria into suicide. Zoogerians quick to type but can't read and process info correctly. In 2010, P&ID signed a 20-year contract with the Nigerian government to create a new natural gas development refinery, but the project fell through after the Nigerian government reneged on its contractual commitments. The most recent court decision at a London tribunal confirmed that the Nigerian government owes P&ID almost $9bn for the initial breach of contract, loss of income, additional costs, and interest accrued after five years of non-payment. 2 Likes 2 Shares |
