When the few sensible, and economically wise people from mostly Igbo tribe speak and condemn Buhari for destroying Nigeria in terms of economy, doing business and creating jobs, our brothers from the waste side will say NO, that Igbos are haters.....that they want another civil war.

God keep us all alive, if Buhari mistakenly succeeds in rigging himself into power again in 2019, ah ha, Nigerians should just pack their loads and move closer to any border to flee because Nigeria will turn to hell.

Buhari has promised to create another 15 million jobs if reelected, Nigerians should prepare to lose at least 18 million jobs should Buhari succeed in rigging the election in 2019.

The time we have is now to stop this destruction, I just feel like crying already cry

$9 billion compensation to 1 single unknown company?... And here we have several comments on this thread instantly taking sides against their country?... Perhaps Buhari should have just paid the almost N3 trillion, maybe that would have gotten some people in this thread happy.

The Nigerian state retrogressed to the starting point of her rehabilitation under the cattle rearer.

Shutting down 000s of jobs while claiming to be creating 000s of jobs is evil.

In as much as i agree with some of her write ups, esp on corruption,

The 9 billion dollar compensation part got me shaking my head. Why would damages for cancelling a contract be 9 billion dollars, when there are not even facilities on ground

This Patel or whatever she's called must be mad. Why should Nigeria pay the shady company a whopping compensation of $9billion for a 2010 deal that fell through? If the government that signed the agreement and agreed to pay the compensation refused to pay, why should Buhari be forced to pay such a huge amount as compensation? Arrant nonsense. We have billions of our stolen assets in UK that they have refused to return till date. They should show respect to international laws and convention by returning our stolen assets back to us.

Oga because one government has come does not mean the country still does not owe. They didn’t sign an agreement with Buhari or Jonathan they signed with Nigeria. Also if you even forget the contract.

1 we are the only opec member that has to import fuel.
2 we have become even more corrupt over the past few years.
3 the economy has become worse.

Even a blind man knows this so let’s face facts

Whatever else one might say about Buhari and his ways, why would Nigeria be expected to respect the decisions of a London Tribunal in a matter concerning Nigeria and British citizens?

Priti Patel of Indian background is racist and biased against Nigeria
She is on record as cutting aid to Nigeria when at DFID .
That is not in any way to support or endorse Buhari
She would have said the same thing against anyone.
Nigeria is no different from India How is not investing the solution?
She should concentrate on India Bangladesh and Pakistan

Even if I was not racist I would be biased against us. Imagine as a person dashing Nigeria money then you here one person is stealing billions. Would you still dash them money so that one fool can put in his pocket?? Abeg they should cut it. Who would not??

She’s a nobody just a lobbyist for the company, she must have come to Nigeria and her supposed contacts couldn’t help them get the dollars, which must have angered her severely.

9 billion dollars?if it was job men that wrote to them for only 9 million dollars NNPC come and carry wash wash they will be struggling to drop.

Don't be Blind folded with Sentiments!!

NIGERIA has to be Rescued!

Not an embarrassment if you ask me.

Its just the opinion of a single person but those who understand know that the business called Nigeria is the most profitable in all the other businesses collectively named Africa.

Africa has been under siege for too long that its already complacent and very comfortable in its siege.

Look around you'd notice.

I greet you though for being one who still believe the youths and masses in general are any prepared for a "hostile takeover"..
Your fellow African would fight you first before the film even starts.

You have take this your Zombiesm to a whole new level...

Its an international court judgement, if Buhari feels it is unjust he can as well appeal the judgement and present facts to defend his case.

Not blantantly disobeying court order thinking they would be no consequences to the common man on the street.

Why didnt your hero pay the $9billion before living officr despite oil price being at it's highest during his tenure?
