When you are raised by both parents and both die you become an orphan.

Actually, Atiku didn’t lie. The UN defines one loosing one or both parents as an Orphan.

Also, Islam which Atiku practices, defines one loosing a parent or the two as an orphan.

Early in Atiku’s childhood, he lost a parent. That technically makes him an orphan— according to the recognised definition.
