In our house cooking starts at 9PM and pounded is always ready at 10,while the soup is always ready at 10.30PM. Na dat time we dey chop our balance diet and the food dey sweet us die. This is Africa.

It is unfortunate that most on this forum are taking this for granted. In the past our forefathers did not eat late at night. It is even common among some villages at present. Those with heart related diseases and diabetes reading this would say "how i wish late night eating is avoided instead". Take this serious! Life no get duplicate!

How can anybody eat the last meal for the day before 6pm. You will eat 6pm and not get hungry before 9pm? What rubbish
