Not to be taken literally though. This is a slang used to refer to Nigerian ladies(small girls) who have sugar daddies(big gods) who lavish them with expensive clothing, luxurious bags and money. Most times, when these girls post on social media, they refer to themselves as small girls with big God (God almighty) but we know better! lol
Here are ten characteristics/facts they display and why any reasonable man should avoid them.


1. Materialistic Attitude: Whenever you try to take them out on a date, they go on a shopping spree, and they buy really expensive items; not careful enough to know if you have enough cash on you. Like parasites, they prey on an unsuspecting man, telling him they need to buy clothes, shoes and jewelry and when their demands are not met, they dump the man for another. Really bad

2. Complainers: You just met one of them, trying to get to know her; next thing she tells you is that she needs money to pay house bills, they complain and heap all their problems on you; expecting you to be her family savior; if you mistakenly say you cant provide help, they turn their backs on you and I am sure you will be stunned!

3. Gossips: They enjoy gossiping and they do it with so much joy and ego. They have friends and roommates back home who they tell about every single guy they encountered and how they manipulated him to spend so much on them. With these stories of success they tell, they inspire their other friends to imitate them and make some quick cash.

4. Religious: Honestly speaking, almost every Nigerian takes God serious. So don't be surprised when you see one of these shouting "The blood of Jesus" "Small girls with big gods" do not joke with prayers and they attend religious programs and events consistently; with the belief that God must be respected.

5. Immodest Dressers: They are known to flaunt their bodies, without any reservation and they do so with all pride. However it must be duly noted, that they do these to attract men who are willing to spend on them. Too bad.

6. Low Esteem: A lot of these girls, battle with depression and low esteem, many of them are not happy about the lifestyle they live; but the quest and desire to put food on the table is real; so in a passionate bid to escape poverty, they do what they know how to do best.

7. Date only Car owners: If you're broke, to own a car, clear the road! cause they wont take you serious. They don't date men without cars for reasons best known to them. The way they jump inside the front seat of a car that stops in front of them, you would marvel. They have this central belief "The better the car, the better he would lavish on you!

8. Generous Attitude: These ladies can be really generous, the fact that they make cool money from their sugar daddies does not mean they do not let go of some thousands of Naira to help fund school fees of their siblings or help solve a problem back at home. Sometimes, when they hit much money, they buy expensive items for their best of friends.

9. Good cooks: Yea, they cook well. I haven't tasted any but I have read stories where men go to their girlfriend's house for lunch; ignoring their spouses. What could that really entail if not that these ladies use well cooked foods to woo sugar daddies!

10. Unfaithful: The fact that they date numerous sugar daddies, solidifies this point. When they eventually get married, they find it difficult to stay faithful, and eventually most of their marriages ends in divorces.
