Who shot him

Some overzealous and obviously drunk mobile policeman saw him at an occasion in Nnewi and decided to hail him by releasing one shot in the air for him. Well, the dude riddled Igwe Tupac with six bullets and killed another guy.

He was mistakenly shot during a ceremony @ Nnewi by a policeman and was immediately rushed to Nnewi teaching hospital. Another guy died on the spot from gunshot wounds.
