I just have to appreciate the way Peter Obi memorises all the facts he's stating tonight. Seriously I give kudos to him but yet he's still not a match to PYO. No sentiments...

Nope but we are talking about reality

The reality is that Nigeria can't even compete effectively with South/East Asia countries like Indonesia not to talk of China.

I wouldn't even mind if he used countries like Indonesian as examples.
he did. He mentioned Indonesia and mentioned malaysia

Obi has made salient points. you budget about N5 per day per citizen for healthcare, about N9 per day per citizen on education, how do you drive the economy when you are killing the engine of the future. there are no subsidies for these important aspects of life, nothing... but trillions are sent to criminals and their cronies in the name of fuel subsidy.

Don't mind them

Wooooww!! Osinbajo has clearly gained immense experience in governance, obviously being groomed to take over because he came really prepared, he's not forcefully vibrating figures to hoodwink us like Obi.

Do you sincerely think that PMB will hand over to the present VP, Prof. Osibanjo?

You make me laugh out loud.

China is the model template for development in this century. Please can you tell me the country whose developmental road map can adapt properly to that of most third world nations? Ignoring China when discussing development in third world countries is just a disaster waiting to happen. Read most of the blue print even by western nation you can't find one without China being referenced.

China is also the model template for fighting corruption via the death sentence. Should the same template be served the corruption riddled PDP of 16 years?

Did that figure make the economy unworkable; grounded. No, infact Nigeria was more prosperous under PDP than the APC, the GDP figures and economic variables over the years can corroborate my point.
Olodo, injection of 400bill into any economy will turn it around.
Which prosperity under PDP?

You prove incapable of reasoning to still claim senselessly that there is some sort of Islamic Agenda

What else are the 2-man anonymous cabal doing to our president and country? Are they prayer warriors?

When we have a weak uninformed president who is "not aware" of anything, why are we surprised our institutions such as EFFC, NNPC, NPF, Army, have become tools in the hands of people we don't know. Economy is messed up, dead men being appointed into office and you're talking of NEXT LEVEL...

Next level what exactly?

Give it up for PYO.

His come back was good.

Perhaps Obi memorized that line before he came here.

But Osinbajo had a great instant response.

Osibanjo has been talking like he has a teleprompter with small fonts before him. He's been having to repeat words in his sentences more than once like he is uncertain of what he's reading before him.

What's with "The government of President Muhammadu Buhari" everytime? Sir, freaking address the issues raised and how you and that gangly bespectacled boss of your plan to drag Nigeria's economy back to the fastest growing economy in Africa which it was from 2010 to 2014.

They've taken a break now. In the next few minutes the debate would be focusing wholly on economics. Let's see how Osibanjo would squeeze in that over-flogged "We are fighting corruption" hogwash as excuses.
