Go to Ontario. Toronto specifically. That's where you'll find the country's best healthcare. More like Lagos.

It's a french province. It is not just necessary, it is important. It is important for your survival, for you job, and for your relationship with others.

Ontario or Nova Scotia are best….also do a hearing test to ascertain her hearing abilities, because adolescents/babies learn to talk through hearing. Get your family doctor to refer you to an ear specialist, just to make sure there’s no fluid in the ear, as this may disrupt her hearing.
Also, get a speech and language therapist too, I believe it’s covered by the government.

Okay, thank you so much. She has done a hearing test. She actually responds to simple commands/instructions. Ontario is an expensive province to live in from what I hear. I'd do more research about Nova Scotia as I don't know much about the province..

I was only a prospective student like you. But I decided that I will not be attending the school anymore. I can't answer your questions.

Goodluck to us all!
