No Sir, the British Justice system is pretty fair. He has admitted to manslaughter. They would not charge him with murder unlike some other countries where they may frame him. He will be out in 3 years max.

They have to pin it somewhere.

My guy in every country, manslaughter even if involuntary will carry a sentence. Blood must be repaid with something, that's a universal law. People who commit involuntary manslaughter are just unlucky in life.

Manslaughter will carry minimum 2 years in UK, and he has admitted it, so he will serve 2 years at least. They probably told him to plead out, and he'll get the minimum sentence. He has admitted that she fell in course of struggle which makes it manslaughter and rules out misadventure. They are making it easy for him to plead and take the minimum sentence cos when paramedics found him administering CPR to the girl, he told them what happened.

Not in this circumstance. A Judge can sentence 2 to 10. I don't think he'll get much more than 2, probably a deal has been struck for him to plead and accept the minimum.

Not at all. He will get the mandatory minimum. If they throw jara of 1 year on top, it would just be to assuage the girls family small. He can't get more than 3 if that. 3 things work in his favour.

1. The girl was the aggressor. She went to his flat in Camberwell all the way from East London, to seek confrontation, and in possession of a knife, which is an offence. It can be deduced she instigated the confrontation.

2. He did not flee the scene. He called paramedics and performed CPR, which is proof of instant remorse, and raises no doubt that it was involuntary.

3..He cooperated at every stage from paramedics to Police to pleading out.

Even the Judge knows this guy is just an unlucky chap and will have mercy on him.

The girl was carrying a knief. They faught and fell. Her knief kill her. Boy is arrested and sentenced. 2 to 10 years.

If the girl was carrying a bomb. Same event, bomb exploded killed the girl.... They will arest the boy and sentence him also abi?
